PU 805 top coat is a solvent free, transparent polyurethane resin sealer, UV Stable,
flexible, used as clear top coat for self smoothing resin flooring systems and for microcement finishes.
PU805 polyurethane top coat sealer is scratch resistant and very easy to install,
leaving a beautiful matt with a satin appearance finish, free of roller marks
and bubbles.
Note: Due to an international shortage of resins, it takes up to 4 weeks to delivery our resin products in the UK.
PU805 top coat cand be a part of the following flooring systems:

concrete sealing for a matt finish

metallic pigments system

Unicolour and Concrete Look polyurethane systems like Comfort Floors or FlexiStandard Floors

Microcement ( a Pre-sealer should be applied first)

Surfacing Levelling compounds
It
is suitable for both, residential and commercial resin flooring projects.
For a good result a suitable
roller should be used. We recommend lint-free Nylon Roller Cover with 6 mm or 8 mm Pile. When applied on MicroCements, you may use a 14 mm Pile Nylon Roller.

PU805 polyurethane
coating is a high quality, 2 component, polyurethane, matt sealer. Suitable
for application on epoxy coating, polyurethane resins, concrete and
cementitious floors. Can be applied to horizontal and vertical cementitious surfaces.
It is designed to be
applied on Toppus Epoxy and Polyurethane coatings.
Clear Polyurethane
Coating is roller applied in one or two coats leaving an even matt with a satin appearance resin floor finish.
When applied on
Cemflow Topping Pigmented Levelling Compounds, it will penetrate the cementitious substrate deeply
leaving a sealed satin floor finish.
PU3001 coating is very easy to apply, leaving a mark free smooth surface.

Consumption
As a topcoat on resin coatings: 0.12 – 0.14 kg/ m2 / 1 coat
(two coats may be required)
5 kg Unit Coverage on resin coating: Approx 40 m2 5kg Unit Coverage on Cemflow Topping or MicroCement: 35 - 40 m2, depending on the substrate porosity.
