37 mm PVC Stair Nosing Profile Inserts
are durable, anti-slip and self-adhesive designed to be applied to all
smooth surfaces as a part of a suitable stair nosing, or on its own.
The stair nosing with the safety inserts offers increased safety when installed in combination with polyurethane and epoxy resin flooring or micro cement floors and stairs. They are also applied on other floors like tiles, wood, vinyl, stone carpet, etc.
Usage
37 mm PVC Inserts can be used in combination with different nosing profiles:
Can be installed on any smooth surface, without a
profile, or as a part of a profile. Also for insetting in solid wooden stairs
Outstanding Slip
resistance whether wet or dry. Slip resistance class R10/V6
Suitable for Interior and Exterior
Strong Colours offering high safety
Available in a wide
range of standard colours, signal colours or luminescent for step safety
Installation
The combination
of Aluminium Stair tread profiles and the 37 mm DIAMONDTRED inserts is easy and fast
mounted. Pre-drilled holes facilitate the attachment of the profile with
screws. Damaged steps are recommended to be repaired before installing the step
profile. The security insert is self-adhesive on the back. The foil is pulled
off and the insert is pressed firmly into the recess of the profile.
