EP1140 is a high quality, solvent free, pigmented epoxy coating applied in commercial premises where a medium to hard wearing seamless flooring is required. It is available in most RAL colours and comes in 7.5 kg and 15 kg kits. 

EP1140 epoxy coating comes in a wide range of colours, leaving an attractive high gloss finish.

This is a roller applied epoxy coating used in car parks, storage and logistics areas, assembly halls, workshops, offices, garages, loading docks/ramps and agricultural applications. 

Anti slip Beads can be added to obtain slip resistant floor finish.

Heavy-duty anti-skid surfaces for underground car parks can be achieved using quartz, mandurax or granite.


EP1140 Epoxy Coating is a part of the following resin systems:

- High Build Epoxy Coating (EP20 Epoxy Primer and 2 layers of EP1140 Epoxy Coating)


NOTE: It takes up to 10 working days to produce and deliver EP1140 epoxy coating in the required colour


Usage

EP1140 is a 2 component, coloured gloss epoxy resin. Suitable for use as a top coat for prepared and primed substrates, or as a rolled epoxy coating when a sealed surface is required.

EP1140 epoxy coating can also be used as a scratch coat or mortar epoxy resin when mixed with our Scratch Coat Filler.

Consumption

Used as Epoxy Coating: 0.2-0.5 kg/ m2/ 1 coat (0.7 kg/ 2 coats)

Used as scratch coat: 0.5-1.5 kg/ m2
